Supporting graduates in a small business can be a rewarding experience and a wonderful recruitment strategy.
This 6 month, on-line group program combines facilitated peer support and mentoring in critical workplace skills.
With a maximum of 10 graduates in a group, the format provides rich peer to peer learning and support to grow confidence and enhance wellbeing. It also teaches critical workplace skills that build competence and boost productivity no matter what area of practice they are working in. The program is an adjunct to your in-house clinical learning.
Our mentoring program is designed to support allied health graduates in small businesses, especially those who are the sole graduates in their practice.
The program connects graduates with a peer group to learn and grow together during their crucial first 6 months of practice.
By facilitating a smooth transition into professional life, the program reduces the support burden on you and your team.
The program is also valuable for early-career therapists (1-3 years) who are transitioning into private practice.

1hr fortnightly group sessions
Each session includes group sharing, breakout rooms and facilitated discussion on the graduates’ experiences and learning with their clients. Over the course of the 6 months, group sharing will evolve into group learning with the modules below incorporated for targeted skill development.
Karen is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and successful practice owner with a deep passion for fostering leadership, growth, and sustainability in Allied Health professionals. Drawing from her extensive experience mentoring graduates in her own practice, Karen has developed a program designed to equip graduates with the tools they need to learn, thrive, and succeed in their careers.

Yes, the fee can be paid in 3 installments of $600
The program runs for 26 weeks (6 months). In the first 12 weeks we meet weekly for 1 hour via Zoom. In the following 14 weeks the program alternates between face to face online meetings, and independent learning via recorded webinar. There is a group chat provided for graduates to continue support and sharing between sessions.
The graduate requires each week for the entire program (26 weeks).
If a graduate is not feeling like they are benefiting from the program we encourage them to attend at least 3 sessions and then, if they still do not believe they are benefiting, they can utilise our Money Back Guarantee. We facilitate our programs to be safe but also a little challenging so please contact us if you have any concerns.
To ensure a psychologically safe environment we assure graduates that what they share in the group is confidential.
The group facilitator promotes a positive and problem-solving approach within the group. If a graduate expresses concerns about their position or workplace, we will listen to them, assist them in identifying their concerns, problem solve with them, and if need be, encourage them to discuss with their manager.
We have a 30 day money back guarantee from the commencement of the program. If a graduate is hesitant about the program we encourage them to attend the first 3 sessions. If after that you decide to discontinue the program, please contact us for a refund.
